Description
Electric 90 degree Rotary Hand Wheel Valve Actuator are suitable for small and medium-sized butterfly valves, ball valves, quarter-turn valves and other similar equipment. As stable and reliable angular stroke actuators,they are applicable to different control systems and suitable for use under different operating environment. With integrated design,they are smaller and look simple. For their safe and reliable manual design,their automatic and electric operations can be switched without a handle.With high lP, these products are designed to be flameproof or integral for switching or regulation.
Technical Parameters
- Power supply: 3-phase AC380v, 50Hz is used as power supply of the motor. 2-phase AC220V, 50Hz (ExdLIBT4) is the power supply for control. 0ptional power supply: AC24-660V, 50.60Hz DC12~220V (indicated when ordered)
- Ambient temperature: -20°C+60°C; optional temperature:40°C~+70°C
- Relative humidity:<95%(at 25°C)
- Operating environment: The ordinary actuators shall be used in places without flammable explosive or highly corrosive medium.The flameproof actuators shall be operated in Grade IIA and IIB, group T1-T4 places with explosive gas mixtures
- IP: IP65/67 (lP68 for special orders)
- The motor belongs to duty type. lt can maintain operation for 10 minutes underrated load,with Class F insulation.
- Anti-corrosion coating: painted at high temperature.
