Precautions for installation and usage

1. Please install and operate the product according to the Wiring Schematic.Make sure that the power supply is in accordance with the specifications of the device.All wiring should conform to local codes and must be carried out by authorized personnel only. When using multi-stranded wire,apply a cable ferrule to the cable end.
2. The actuators are not equipped with power supply switch.Therefore an additional switch to isolate the device should be included in the power supply wiring to it.The installation,replacement and maintenance of this product should be done indoor or in a place out of rain.Switch off power supply when installing or servicing to prevent damage or electrical shock.
3. Before leaving the installation site,observe at least three complete operating cycles of the actuator to confirm that all components are functioning correctly.If the device is not working properly,and the installation and wiring is correct,the device should be replaced.Please contact your nearest supplier.
4. These actuators are intended to control equipment under normal operating conditions.Where failure or malfunction of the actuator could lead to an abnormal operating condition that could cause personal injury or damage to the equipment or other property, other devices (limit or safety controls)or systems(alarm or supervisory systems)intended to warn of or protect against failure or malfunction of the actuator must be incorporated and maintained as part of the control system.
5. When the water is easy to scale,the main pipeline should be equipped with electronic descaling equipment.When the medium contains a lot of impurities,it is recommended to install a filter.

6. Although this product has an ingress protection ratings of IP67,it is suggested not to be used in places where it is too humid and has the risk of long-term flooding for a long time.When it is used outdoors for a long time,it is recommended to install protective devices.

7. This series of products are non-explosion-proof,and cannot be used in places with infammable,explosive and corrosive water and gas.

8. The impact of external force will cause product failure,and it should be strictly prohibited during installation,maintenance and usage.

9. The actuator should not be installed downwards.

Instruction for manual override

1.Manual override function is usually for occasions such as power outage,commissioning etc.
2.Lift the hand-wheel up,observe the open angle through the position indicator,rotate the hand-wheel until the valve is in place.
3.Press down the hand-wheel to switch back to automatic control.
