Description

The cylinder surface is precision-honed to provide a low coefficient of friction and extended service life. The dual piston rack and pinion design offers a compact structure, symmetric mounting options, high-cycle life, and rapid operation. Field reversibility is easily achieved by simply inverting the pistons.
The design incorporates multiple bearings and guides on the racks and pistons, minimizing friction and preventing shaft blowout, thereby enhancing cycle life. The modular preloaded spring cartridge, with its coated spring, ensures a versatile range, improved safety, and superior corrosion resistance.
The fully machined teeth on the piston and pinion ensure precise, low-backlash engagement for maximum efficiency. Stainless steel fasteners are used throughout to provide long-term corrosion resistance.
