Pneumatic hard-seal butterfly valve is a long-life, high-quality butterfly valve designed with a three-dimensional eccentric principle. It is mainly composed of a hard-seal butterfly valve connected to a pneumatic actuator. The valve seat and disc plate sealing surface are made of metal materials or stainless steel with different hardness, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. The pneumatic hard-seal butterfly valve adopts a multi-level structure compatible with hard and soft seals. It can ensure excellent sealing performance regardless of low or high temperature conditions, and there is basically no friction between the disc plate and the valve seat when the valve is opened and closed, which greatly improves the service life of the butterfly valve. Pneumatic hard-seal butterfly valves are widely used in pipelines of media such as electricity, oil, steam, air, and sewage. They are the best devices for switching control or regulating flow.
